A few other larger sculptural forms I've built. The first is an arbor I built for wedding of two of my friends in June, 2016. It was constructed from driftwood I collected with the bride and groom along a river not far from their wedding site. The second project is a large Chinese latern I built as an artist in residence at the 2015 Honey for the Heart parade in Athens, OH. In addition to building The Heart, I lead workshops for the public in mask masking and collaborated on floats, costumes, and large puppets with other artists. Honey for the Heart is an annual parade in Athens that focuses on bringing together the town's college community and year-round residence--with a special focus on inclusion of and engagement with folks with disabilities.
